Need a scoby to make kombucha, starter(the water),
1st ferment Start: black tea, sugar. Put it in jar cover it with rag not plastic it's gotta breath. Wait ten days then taste. (Don't use a straw)
Scobies always grow
Research measurements (big container) for 1st ferment
2nd ferment only do this after your good with the regular outcome
Start 2nd ferment by bottling it (sealed tight)
2nd ferment for 3days
Make more black tea mixture when you do it
1gallon of water
20-30 grams of tea
1 cup of sugar
Make sure no mold is on it or else throw it away
