Describe your reflections on your internship project – what went well, what should you have done differently, what stands out to you (address all three of these)?
At first I decided to work with another intern, but he made promises in the project he couldn't keep. So I quit the project and asked my mentor what she needed. She told me to make quarantine goody bags, this was a lot better because I didn't have to worry about work not being completed. Even though working by myself was harder I knew what I had to do and I wasn't pulling dead-weight.
Before Internship I never wanted to work alone but now I've realized it's a lot easier. The only people I'd work with would be people who I can trust but more importantly people who care.
If I would've stayed in the project I would've been used so I'm glad I didn't. From now on I'm choosing partners who are trustful and care.
