During internship I've learned that it's best to be known as an individual not as "another intern". In one of my other posts I talked about asking people for help. This is the best way to develop individuality because people will know you as someone who wants to help out because they can see that you actually care. And after general mundane tasks people will start to put together your preferences and find out where you work at your best.
One good trait I've learned is to be unbreakable, because if you decide to take a break during your work then people won't give you the harder jobs, and you also won't be appreciated as much. In one of my blog posts I showed a photo of me with Margurito and Martin, that was after we worked in the harsh weather conditions. One reason I decided to work with them was to show that I have no weakness to weather and it'll not stop me from doing what I can to help.
